We booked a whole day plus additional as it saves some money…
We booked a whole day plus additional as it saves some money but they are very unaccomidating in that the days have to be consecutive. My other issue is customer service, not consistent. The person I tried to talked to would only answer we open at 9 even to just answer a question. So had to wait in line for 20 minutes to get the same jerk to tell me I had no choice but to use my additional day that day. I say this as I picked the wrong person to talk to, the boss would talk to anyone who had a question. Lesson learned. Make sure you get ALL your questions answered before you commit to paying for anything - via
