I give a 2 star because the only thing I enjoyed was sleeping in the comfortable bed. No toilet paper, and had to ask the housekeeper to please make the bed. You can't control your own temperature in the room. No one to assist at check-in & to check out is by text. Charging an arm & a leg for a bottle of water. Zero customer service for people. Oh and to top it off. No breakfast is offered, coffee with no sugar. Won't be going again. - via
