Our excursion with the sea lions was amazing. However when we went to buy the picture package they quoted and showed us a price of $189 dollars. When the charge went through it was for $197 dollars. I know isn’t much of a difference but when you are doing this to every family that comes through it adds up. Just quote the price you are going to charge. They said it had to do with “THEIR” exchange rate. We all know is the dollars was less they would be charging a lot more. Just be honest and have integrity. - via
