Had a booking for this evening, arrived at the building and was told that they had been forced to shut due to an incident in the kitchen and won’t be open until later on and not serving food. Wasn’t told about our reservation being cancelled, would have appreciated a text/email/phone call to let us know as it is a busy Friday night in Manchester centre, we was very lucky to be allowed to walk in to another restaurant but had to wait for a table to be seated. The girl at the place was very polite and apologetic but there is clearly very poor communication to customers and I will not be booking to eat/drink here again. - via
