AWFUL and completely inflexible cancellation policy. I purchased snow tubing tickets last week. Yes, I read their policy that all sales are final. Unfortunately, one member of our party suffered a broken bone last night and we needed to cancel our trip. I emailed their reservations department, hoping they'd consider at least giving us a partial refund, considering that our reservation is still 3 weeks from now, giving them plenty of time to fill our spots. They reiterated their "all sales are final" policy and offered zero flexibility. All they offered was to reschedule our reservations for an additional $25 fee for each ticket!! What?! Tickets are $35 and you're going to charge $25 to change a date/time? According to them, "There is a lot of back end work that goes in when changing reservations." I call BS. There are plenty of other mountains to go snow tubing, with much better customer service. - via
