Service was hit and miss. We did come over a holiday, so that may have been part of it. Overall, service was friendly. Our room was nice, we got an ocean front room, but the bed was definitely sagging in the middle. Shockingly, it didn't hurt my back.
Resort is beautifully and keeps going and going. Many pools. Hot tubs aren't really hot, but more of a giant whirlpool tub.
Snorkeling on the resort was amazing. So many fish, the excursion out was less exciting, but still worth it.
Had a great time on coffee tour, downhill biking on blue mountain etc. Great trip overall. I'd skip the hibachi restaurant, Caribbean was excellent as was the sushi. - via
