Consistently terrible communication. Michael takes several days to return phone calls and emails. The simplest questions are met with several minutes of rambling on about superfluous and irrelevant details. Michael promised to give us a list of dates the day of our initial phone call. This took several reminder phone calls before we got the info we needed. Michael said he would have our online course sent to our email. Everything he promises is several days late and requires follow up calls and emails to get him to deliver on his promises. Don't waste your time and energy here. - via
