I found Diveinn when looking for some better quality snorkeling gear.
The prices were great (for what I ordered probably 30%-35% lower than UK suppliers) and they had everything I wanted in stock and available for quick dispatch.
It was pretty obvious stright away that the company is based in Spain, and with just a little research I found that the reviews were generally very positive but that international shipping can take a while. So with this is mind, I ordered early to allow plenty of time. And I have been pleasently surprised. The tracking was kept up to date all along the way from Diveinn and the courier, and it arrived within the estimated window (from order to delivery took 13 days).
Everything is in good order and sizing is perfect, therefore I can't comment on the proceedure for returns.
So all in all, I'm very happy and would use again. Just factor in international shipping! - via
