What an absolute pleasure to spend a little over an hour at Hollywood Divers this morning. Everyone on staff was super helpful and willing to share information and major props to Hal for helping me find the right wet suit, mask, fins, snorkel, and dive computer! I couldn't ask for better service. While it's possible to buy equipment online at a slight discount, I visited their store because I wanted more than just the gear, I wanted professional, experienced input before purchasing. Being able to speak with people who are active and avid divers, who are able to share their experience and recommendations, is well worth paying a little more money. Btw, when you walk in, you're greeted, treated with respect, and you feel like family. I'm now looking forward to going on some of their dive tours around Catalina Island.
