The reception was excellent even if it was not clear whether the parking was paid or not (in this case it is still free but will become paid soon). The room did not meet our expectations of a 4 star. Specifically, the dimensions were quite large, there was a nice balcony overlooking the sea, the water in the fridge was not replenished on the second day, the bathroom was small and with insufficient lighting and the room temperature was difficult to manage. I think breakfast is the real strong point of the hotel considering that the room has a sea view, there is a lot of choice of sweet, savory and also food for people who pay attention to their figure (and for celiacs).
One thing we really didn't like was the check out at 10:00 which is the end of breakfast time. The price is also slightly high for what is offered in winter also considering that the SPA is still closed due to covid.

L’hotel si trova in posizione strategica ovvero direttamente sul mare (con spiaggia privata) e a 3 minuti dal casello autostradale. L’accoglienza è stata ottima anche se non è stato chiaro se il parcheggio fosse a pagamento o no (in questo caso è ancora gratuito ma diventerà a pagamento a breve). La camera non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative di un 4 stelle. Nello specifico le dimensioni erano abbastanza grandi, c’era un bel balcone vista mare, l’acqua nel frigo non è stata rifornita il secondo giorno, il bagno piccolo e con illuminazione insufficiente e la temperatura della camera difficile da gestire. La colazione penso sia il vero punto di forza dell’hotel considerando che la sala è con vista mare, c’è tanta scelta di dolce, salato e anche di cibo per persone attente alla linea (e per celiaci).
Una cosa che non ci è piaciuta proprio è stato il check out alle 10:00 ovvero orario di fine colazione. Anche il prezzo è leggermente alto per quanto offerto d’inverno considerando anche che la SPA è ancora chiusa causa covid. - via
