By far the best stay in our three month trip through Central America. My girlfriend and I stayed for 7 nights or so in the semi-private dorm room, very clean facilities with free aircon and great hot water pressure - essentials after a long day of diving. We were offered incredible rates on our Advanced course and various speciality certifications we wanted to get. The dive boat is a great size, with plenty of undercover space to move around (unlike other open top boats we saw on the water) and our captain, Kerry, was such a lovable character. The dive gear was all near new it seemed and all gear was included in the price, with a range of shirt and long wetsuits to be borrowed for free as well. The two girls at the front desk, Alex and Bryanna, were incredibly helpful and friendly, even going so far as to cooking us a traditional meal one night and showing us around. We had so much fun with them we didn't want to leave at the end of our stay! Christy was our dive instructor, easily the best we've ever dived with. She freelances on the island and goes above and beyond with her exciting, bubbly and reassuring approach to diving and life. Everyone at this dive shop and hostel were some of the most accommodating people we've met, with fantastic rates on both SSI and PADI dive programs. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. - via
