We leave this club with a bitter taste. The day before the dive we went to book a level 1 dive for 2 people because we wanted to do only one instead of two as is usually done on the island. Unfortunately, instead of going down to the site, we find ourselves doing half an hour in the sand, without corals, or fish with 2 ascents to the surface because the instructor was lost and could not find the site, nor his team. The third attempt we go down and we find the corals, Unfortunately few fish. The problem is that we stayed there barely 20 minutes because of the loss of time before and the lack of oxygen.
We didn't even want a refund but just a commercial gesture which we were refused. We do not overwhelm the team but just the club which is not at all commercial. I think there are plenty of other clubs in Nosy Be that would have done it.
Too bad, we will not recommend it in the future.

Nous partons de ce club avec un goût amer. La veille de la plongée nous sommes passés réserver une plongée de niveau 1 pour 2 personnes car nous souhaitions en faire qu'une seule au lieu de deux comme il se fait habituellement sur l'île. Ils ont acceptés donc ils se sont forcément retrouvés au niveau financier sinon ils nous l'auraient refusés et on aurait compris.
Le jour J, le personnel accueillant, on s'équipe et on part à l'eau. Malheureusement, au lieu de descendre sur le site, on se retrouve à faire une demie heure dans le sable, sans coraux, ni poissons avec 2 remontées à la surface car le moniteur était perdu et ne trouvait pas le site, ni son équipe. La troisième tentative on redescend et on trouve les coraux, Malheureusement peu de poissons. Le problème c'est que nous y sommes restés a peine 20 min à cause de la perte de temps avant et le manque d'oxygène.
On ne souhaitait même pas un remboursement mais juste un geste commercial qui nous a été refusé. On accable pas l'équipe mais juste le club qui n'est pas du tout commerçant. Je pense qu'il y a plein d'autre club sur Nosy Be qui l'aurait fait.
Dommage, on ne le conseillera pas à l'avenir. - via
