Had an amazing experience here. We completed our PADI open diver certification (did the referral course from the US). We asked months in advance if they would accept our Referral from the US, since we heard some stories about different systems, and they were very responsive and walked us through all the necessary paperwork to avoid misunderstandings and miscommunications.
As a result, we had a seamless experience and were able to practice our skills immediately in the ocean. Edi, our dive instructor, is the best. He was super patient, high energy, and positive. We were quite nervous about our skills but he reviewed them with us well and when we struggled he took extra time to make sure we were feeling comfortable.
We definitely did some challenging dives - lower visibility Padangbai and shore dive in Tulamben with strong waves. At no point did we feel unsafe or uncared for.
