This was a special holiday from start to finish. The food and drink were amazing. The Poinsetia rooms are in need of refurbishment as looking a bit old fashioned now. However, the bed was so comfortable. Lots of white fluffy towels. They employ about 900 staff across all areas and most are really friendly and keen to please. Our Butlers, Jessica, Geoffrey and Antonio were wonderful. I think they liked us as weren't very demanding. - via
