Having booked a refresher course with following dive, on arrival, there was no record in the handwritten book on the counter. The attending divemasters made us understand in a demeaning manner, that this was our problem and undertook no effort in rearranging the dive or offering a solution. This does not inspire confidence in the quality of operations. We would not try to book again. - via
