Booked here because my other diving shop got canceled.
Ordered and paid for the next morning to do 2 dives.
Exchanged some email about my experience and told them
my level/experience and to which depth I could dive. At this point, all looked fine.
The next day I arrived in the morning and started to choose the gear and found out that
they had planned to go to the cathedral which was at 30m which I can't dive to. The instructors talked and gave me the option to join them
(for the extra price of 25 euros, not sure why) on the dive to go to 30m.
Once in the water at my first dive my gear started to malfunction at 27m and I could not get air (of course the instructor came to a help).
Because of this issue, the diving time was very short :-(
During the break we found out that the gear was indeed faulty, and they switched if for a new set as we prepared for a second dive.
Once in the water I did get again issues with my gear and lost a lot of air because of this, and I ran out of air during this dive and I needed the help of the instructor again for some air. Again a short dive!
Once back at the shop they told me these things could happen, and no I did not get a discount/refund or something like that.
Also rented a gopro there and received the footage of somebody's other dive, luckily they refunded me this money.
