The Sharky’s team is absolutely incredible!! They aware all very welcoming and attentive during my entire experience there. I speak barely any Spanish but Roger and Miguel speak perfect English and were very patient with me as I was getting my open water certification.
They will come and pick you up from your hotel/place of stay and bring you to their location. You will start with a few practice skills in the pool and then go across the street to the beach where there is a coral reef. We saw manta rays, water snakes, and tons of fish. Was very, very beautiful and they also take pictures of you along the way!
If you do the open water dive certification, they also do a deep dive (60 feet) further off the coast along another reef. Here we also saw a ship wreck!
Strongly recommend coming here if you are on the island and looking for a dive shop. Thank you Miguel, Roger, and the the whole Sharky’s team for a great experience! - via
