3rd visit to the Panorama Bungalows and we're in the last few days of our 2 month stay and want to give an honest review whilst still enjoying our time here.
The hotel has an amazing team of staff, with the exception of just one member of staff. They are all professional, friendly, polite, helpful and funny and will go the extra mile to please. An absolute credit to the Panorama Management. From receiving a very warm welcome at reception. The food and drinks in all the restaurants and bars has been exceptional amazing presentation and service. Housekeeping has been faultless. Water taxi, pool and maintenance guys do a great job. Which only leaves the animation guy, Tiger....We found him lazy, unprofessional, unfriendly (verging on intimidating). A loose cannon, doing his own thing, usually badly, with no structure to his day and little to no rapport with many guests. No daytime entertainment programme set for guests to join in, for example, stretching, volleyball, darts, petanque/boule etc. We believe the new guy, Omaar, would do a better job given the chance. He has a friendly, kind personality and knows how to use the sound system.
Overall the Panorama Bungalows hotel is a jewel in El Gouna and the staff are gems
