I am shocked that this place is being marketed as a luxury resort. I have visited other properties under this brand in Cancun, and the experience at this location in Jamaica does not meet the expected standards.
Firstly, the staff members are disrespectful and poorly trained. I am uncertain about the circumstances within the establishment, but the staff appears to be disgruntled about something.
The attitude displayed towards customers is appalling, and the lack of attention to detail, especially considering the premium price, is unacceptable.
The staff urgently requires training in customer service, soft skills, time management, conflict resolution, and appropriate guest interaction.
I am deeply disappointed and have no intention of returning with my family. - via
