Staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. One of the ski teachers even allowed herself to be rude with my 6 years old son who was having a ski lesson. She yelled at him and pushed against his leg, because he was not doing something right. Such an ugly behaviour from someone who is paid to teach children ski. And the other ski instructor was also very pathetic. She hasn't had any idea why was she there and looked inadequate. - via
