This place looks like a nice five stars hotel, but the customer service doesn't reflect that neither the environment where they give you the lowest quality breakfast and service. I had the worst experience dealing with a problem at this hotel. It's like they forget that their job is that, working for hospitality.
The people at the bar aren't bad, but the manager and the reception need some training. - via
