It's been a long time since I've been treated so condescendingly - as a customer! Since the shop is within walking distance and had such good reviews, I wanted to get a new diving mask there, but the treatment was so arrogant and annoyed that the shop never saw me again. I was also really shocked by how the gentleman treated his employee. I'd rather go back to the 5th to Regdoc, who also has a lot to choose from and is always friendly and gives you really good advice. I can't imagine that the good reviews here apply to the gentleman - presumably the owner - who looked after me. -via
