I was on one cruise with them and it was very nice. The next one was very bad (RSA2)! Due to on-board service. Many people who were on this cruise, like me, had previously been with Aggressor. Even though we all had a nice experience earlier when we wrote to Aggressor that the last cruise was a misunderstanding and lowered the standard they strive for, they treated us like cheaters and liars. This is very sad, there are many companies in the world that will boldly replace the company that stopped listening to the customer. - via
