Great dive sites at Solitary island where we got to see lots of sharks and other marine life. Some dive masters were great and others were just ok. The reason for only 3 stars is this dive shop is extremely unorganized. There were only 2 of us out of the 10 or 12 divers on the boat that were not doing a certification course and we were basically forgotten or were an afterthought at best. Right from getting our gear to getting in the water no one knew what we were supposed to be doing or who we were diving with or what the plan was. More info and planning could have made this day way more enjoyable and safer as well (like having a full dive plan explained to each diver before each dive). Also would have been nice if they told us exactly where in the marina the boat was for people that hadn’t been there before. I walked the 1km or so from the dive shop over to the far side of the marina to a Jetty Dive boat, but no one was there so I had to walk and search the rest of the marina until I eventually found the proper boat on the opposite end. Only dive shop in town so not a lot of other options if you want to dive solitary island ?????. - via
