Habe 2 Tauchflaschen dort hingebracht zwecks des Tüv´s.
Bei der Abgabe der Flaschen habe ich gefragt ob die Füllung der Flaschen mit im Preis drin sei, so wie man es von anderen kennt und ob man mir ein Ventil tauschen könnte.
Man sagte mir, dass die Füllungen zum TÜV Preis dazu gehören und das man das neue Ventil kostenlos eben mit drauf schrauben kann.
Heute ging ich beide Flaschen abholen, da wurden mir beide Füllungen berechnet sowie das einsetzen vom neuen Ventil, das ich mit gebracht hatte.
Ich hatte extra am Abgabetag der Flaschen nachgefragt, weil auf der Internetseite folgendes steht: nach dem Abgabetag erhältst du deine Flasche frisch getüvt und gefüllt zurück! Dort ist für mich nicht ersichtlich, dass die Füllungen seperat gezahlt werden müssen.
Zudem kam der Herr sehr genervt und nicht gerade freundlich rüber. - via
