I dived with jomtien back in July. My experience was only ok sadly. The people who run it are nice and the Thai diving master I was with is very good. The first dive went well. However the second dive not so much. There were a couple of younger divers with us who broke very fundamental rules regarding following the master and your buddy. Given visibility was very poor this is even more critical. They became lost, so the master rightly so had to surface after about ten minutes. Those others then decided to carry on by themselves for over twenty minutes while we sat on the surface waiting for them. I realise this isn't the schools fault, however I was told after that they are known and do this often. If that's the case, they should be warned and if necessary not allowed to dive with them if it continues. Also while I received an apology, I wasn't offered any kind of partial refund. - via
