I’ll list why I’m giving and removing stars:
-Worked with me for Stress and Rescue. +1 Star
-Most of the DMs like Diego and Fiona are excellent. +1 Star.
-DM manhandled a diver and dragged them by their BCD face first along the bottom.-1 Star
-Same DM misled diver and office manager about equipment being broken. - 1 Star.
-Office Manager repeatedly tried to push diver into going after they called a dive due to being sick. Note: Diver intended to pay for “missed” tanks. -1 Star.
An ok dive shop, if you get the right DM and you are within their “usual” customer profile. If you get the bad DM… cancel the dive. It’s not worth it to be diving with someone whose character you can’t trust. - via
