I never expected an experience like this in a small tourist destination like Khajjiar. Our original trip was to Dalhousie and Dharamshala, but came to know that "Mini Switzerland of India - Khajjiar" is just 24 kms from our stay. Upon searching for things to do in Khajjiar, found that Khajjiar Wild Hikers are providing a complete package for hiking, trekking and other adventure activities including Paragliding.
And we were completely satisfied with the overall experience with them be it their adventure activities hub or camping experience all at the same serene location surrounded by Dhauladhar range of mountains. The view was mesmerising and the freshly cooked hot local cuisine meals were even more adding to the exhilarating experience. The host Anoop is very soft-spoken and supportive/cooperative. Would definitely visit again and recommend it to friends and family as a must visit place in Khajjiar. - via
