Super frustrating experience. I contacted sunrise divers via whatsapp, and we agreed upon the trip and the date. They sent me link through which I filled out all the online forms and rental info, spent so much time. Received the email about payment and shortly after the next email that the boat is already full for the date. So, now they can't take us to where we wanted to go. I was under the impression that if you are filling out all the forms and your passport info and spend so much time on the booking, the spots should have been prereserved for us. Now I have to find a new company to go with in a shorter notice. Very unprofessional. - via
