My husband and I booked an off shore charter. The captain and crew were very knowledgeable about the fish and fishing techniques but also about the areas we passed en route to where we fished. We each caught a Mahi-mahi and my husband also caught a Mackerel. One crew member fixed Sushi for us from one of the Mahi we caught... delicious! We will definitely book again with Papagayo when we return to Costa Rica! - via
