Great jump, terrible customer service. The receptionist was so rude and not willing to help at all or answer questions arguing that she was the only one dealing with all the stuff. My nan jumped (she is 82) and obviously had a lot of questions and inquires, normal in this situation, and no one seemed willing to cooperate. The instructor was really nice and friendly. - via Google
