DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - My friend has talked about their experience where they purchased a voucher which they used to make a booking. They wasted 3 days waiting to be able to jump which wasn't possible due to weather conditions. This poor excuse for a company then refused a refund even though they were happily letting people who made bookings on the day take refunds. Do not risk buying a voucher to use with this company. They won't respond to emails and you will lose all of your money. - via
