Not thrilled with my experience here. They have some great staff, and my equipment has always been fully functional after taking it here. BUT not happy about them acting as though it was some impossible chore to warranty replace my Scubapro fins that cracked in the hinge. Story I was given was it couldn't happen without a receipt. My brother had same fins and got replacement in FL without receipt. So I took them to Denver Divers and got instant warranty replacement...WITH NO RECEIPT. Difference was a desire to help me and willingness to cintact the Scubapro rep. Also, Brian refused to service a piece of my equipment stating only that it was damaged but not explaining what or how. Took that into Denver Divers and they inspected, serviced and returned to me fully functional. Been going here for years, but I've found a new dive shop where I feel instantly appreciated. - via google
