Hallo, ich habe im Februar einen vorgeplanten Einkauf bei diesem Unternehmen getätigt. Ich erhielt Informationen über die Produkte, die ich im Voraus kaufen musste. Wir fragten den Vertreter des Unternehmens nach der Produktmarke, dem Modell, den Größenmaßen und vor allem nach dem Preis und der Einhaltung der Zollbedingungen des Landes, in das ich das Produkt mitnehmen werde, sowie nach dem steuerfreien Dokument. Doch nach dem Kauf der Produkte erfuhren wir, dass die uns ausgehändigten Dokumente beim Zoll ungültig waren und die Steuerbefreiung nicht durchgeführt werden konnte. Als wir uns erneut mit den Mitarbeitern des Unternehmens in Verbindung setzten, stellten sie mit einer unhöflichen und abweisenden Haltung das richtige Dokument aus, aber wir verstanden, dass die Produkte, die den Zoll passiert hatten, mit diesen Dokumenten keine Zollerstattung mehr erhalten konnten und dass die Dokumente ungültig waren. Insgesamt konnte die zollfreie Rückerstattung, die mehr als 200 € der gekauften Produkte hätte erhalten sollen, aufgrund der schlampigen und gleichgültigen Haltung dieses Unternehmens nicht erhalten werden. Als wir dieses Verhalten, das nicht dem deutschen Handelsverständnis und der Disziplin entspricht, erneut an diese Firma herantrugen, stießen wir auf ein unhöfliches und schlampiges Verhalten. When we contacted the company officials again, they prepared the correct document with a rude and unwelcoming attitude, but we understood that the products that passed through customs could no longer receive customs refunds with these documents and that the documents were invalid. In total, the customs refund tax-free, which should have received more than 200 € of the products purchased, could not be received due to the sloppy and indifferent attitude of this company. When we conveyed this attitude, which does not comply with the German trade understanding and discipline, to this company again, we encountered a rude and sloppy attitude.
