I've picked up my regulator from service just now.
The lady showed me the parts that were in my regulator that had been replaced and proceeded to throw them out. When I said that I can use the o rings for something else she tells me that she cannot give them back to me because you do not know the state of them.
These were my parts, that were in my regulator, how can you throw them out without permission? how can you not give them back to me? You are not some sort of authority that can confiscate citizens belongings.
I have done many services there and this is a first time as well. Very unhappy. - via
