I just completed my Rescue Diver class with Bill Strum at International Scuba. I live in Frisco so have rented gear several times from the Frisco location, and have joined fun dives with this group before but this was my first class. Bill was the best instructor I have had for any of my classes up to this point and is super knowledgeable and made the class a lot of fun! Class was in the pool at the IS Carrollton location and at the Scuba Ranch in Terrell, and there were lots of other divers out just to dive and hang out with others. This group knows what they are doing and has a great staff. Would highly recommend! - via
