Just came off a full day snorkel tour of the 7 bays. What a day!! We were greeted bright and early by Jill, our guide and Nata, the owner of the outfit. Jill and the brilliant Captain Javi (who manoeuvres a boat like no one else, and is excellent at spotting wildlife) took us on a gorgeous outing to the bays. I'm a bit nervous of snorkelling, but Jill and Javi had me feeling very relaxed, comfortable and safe as soon as I was in the water. We saw the most incredible fish, so colourful!! After some time at two different sites, we had already seen dolphins, sting ray, turtle a bajillion other fish in the coral reefs, beautiful rock formations and beaches. We stopped for lunch at a fun little beach full of colourful umbrellas and boats. The food was delicious. After lunch and some more snorkeling, we went out along the coast again and suddenly saw a Mama hump back and her calf. The baby breached a couple of times and really put on a show for us. It was incredible. Definitely a day to remember with Jill and Javi showing us so many incredible things. Loved the small group vibe. I highly recommend this outfit if you are in Huatulco!
