Horrible customer service. 2 weeks waiting for a delivery. I have been calling everyday and get the same response, "it will be delivered tomorrow." Was also told driver was unable to deliver with no reason. I have asked to speak with management but you have to leave your name and number and they will get back to you..1 week and still waiting. I offered to go pick up the package at the facility but was told "we have to call you back to see if it can be released". Still waiting!
Will definitely not be using Canpar in the future. - via
