I am so impressed with the customer service at Mikes Dive store. The manageress Cat Meyer was so incredibly helpful in the actual store. They serviced all my equipment and kept updating me regularly on when it would all be finished.
I was too busy to fetch it yesterday so sent a taxi yesterday. Cat was sadly not working then so I told one of the other shop assistants who may not have realised all my equipment. When I got it from the taxi driver, I realised that they hadn't included one thing. When I told Cat about it and she very kindly came to my house (30 mins from the shop) to deliver my items that were left and she even helped me to reattach one part to my reg. Old School personal customer service. I will not hesitate to go back to Mike's time and time again. Thank you Cat! - via
