I’ve tried since 12/11/21 to get hold of this company to purchase a gift certificate for a balloon ride. I have called, emailed, and tried Facebook messenger for almost a month. . This company says they have been in business for 10 years. How is this possible. Unfortunately, I will have to go with another company that will respond. - via
