Only reviewing the initial contact as I likely won’t be using them. They were easy to get hold of but assumed my difficult dive class and open water certification was “resort” certification, whatever that is. They were not inclined to listen or help with my re-certification so I can volunteer in the Florida Keys on an emergent basis. I understand people are busy. But for this I hoped for some help so I can get to Florida as soon as possible. - via
