A bit pricey for what's on offer. Also had a poor customer experience at reception; originally paid for 55 minutes for two single kayaks, wanted to change to a single 2 seater, which they accommodated but no refund for the difference between the cost of hiring two singles and the two seater (£14 difference) the person at reception was very dismissive, although other staff were much better, when it came to using the gear. - via
