Overall, I had a positive experience with PADI Pattaya during my Open Water course. Under Alex's instruction, I quickly learned my skills although I had no prior diving experience. The two days on the boat including 4 dives total were very enjoyable and the crew/instructors were fun! The main drawback was the front desk lady, whose unique humor may seem a bit rude, especially to new customers. Moreover, the communication regarding where exactly you will be going when they put you in a car could definitely be improved. - via
