Hello, I had very unfortunate business dealings with this company. I have multiple emails from this company requesting that I choose an alternative trip, because the original cage diving trip that I paid $3200 for is no longer available. Full credit towards a different trip is offered in each email. I finally chose a different trip on February 28th, and I was immediately sent an email that told me I would receive $469.75 off and 25% off another trip. This is contrary to the multiple emails offering full credit towards another trip. I am speaking with a lawyer tomorrow to discuss how to proceed as they have chosen not to respond to my last email. I would like to add that I have heard that the actual crew on Nautilus Liveaboards is exceptional. Unfortunately, it appears that I will not be able to afford to meet them. - via
