Sea breeze intercontinental Aqaba location is the absolute worst!
We wanted to take our kids snorkeling, Yassir sold us a 2 hour private boat excursion. He said the will take us to multiple locations and show us the ship and airplane wrecks and beautiful coral reefs. We were scheduled at 10:00 the boat didn’t show up until 10:40, Yassir said don’t worry we will give you extra time. we got on the boat and the staff on board told us they don’t have equipment for the kids, we went back to check if Yassir had any, but of course not, so we used the adult ones for the kids, the boat took us to the worst location near a wall where there was barely any coral, and when we asked to go to another location they said we have to head back and this is the only location we can go to. Our whole boat ride with including snorkeling was 1:30 not 2 hrs and no extra time like we were promised. When we got back I told Yassir that were not pleased he offered to give us a banana boat ride, a few hours go by and Yassir comes back telling us he can only do 3 people not 8, we said that is unacceptable he said he will see what he can do and will let us know but we never saw him again.
The staff on board was extremely nice and very helpful, Ihab was phenomenal, I give him 5 stars. - via
