Activities
We completed our Advanced course with Beqa, which included the shark dive. We were very happy to get to do the shark dive twice at no extra cost.
Our dive instructor Sydney was amazing, we were also assisted by an additional instructor called Silio who was great!
I was extremely nervous to complete our course and the shark dive, considering how many sharks are in the area.
Although sharks are unpredictable and there is an element of risk , I was made to feel as safe and protected as possible, and felt fine as soon as I was in the water. My instructor stayed very close to me as she knew how nervous I was which really made me feel at ease.
There were perhaps 9 divers and atleast 7 members of staff in the water with us. All of the team were super fun, laughing and joking with us which made our experience more enjoyable.
The whole shark dive was explained to us in great detail, step by step of where we were going to be positioned at different parts of the site, how long we would be there etc.
I would feel confident diving with them again. - via
