Pathetic operation. Was 5 of us for family trip. Were told our window was from 12-4. We were there at 1130. We were there till 5 and none of us got to jump. They didn't care. The staff was pathetic. Overcheduled us just to get our money and didn't care that we didn't get to jump. I don't understand owen this place has a single good review. Drive the extra hour to go somewhere else... - via
