What can I say really about the resort. Generally it's looking a bit tired and dated. The complex could do with a good renovation. Would not class it as a 5 star venue. The rooms we were in and was in 2 had a damp smell and that was even present in the cushions on the sofa bed. In one room we seemed to have an issue with cocktroches and still the same after a treatment. The food was very hit and miss with generally not lots of flavour to it in many of the restaurants.
The saving grace for the resort was the staff. You could not find a more pleasant and helpful set anywhere. Nothing was to much and often went above and beyond to make things as comfortable and pleasant as possible and was always done with a genuine smile. The only reason I would go back is for them not the resort itself. 10 out of 10 for the staff even higher. 5 out of 10 for the resort - via
