LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS
I booked out tour and got the confirmation. The day before they called to cancel and left a message saying it was due to boat maintenance. When I called back another employee told me it was because they didn't meet their minimum. I understand that but don't appreciate the lie. Regardless I let them rebook us for the next day after guaranteeing us it would be a go and that they had met the minimum. The next morning they called and cancelled again with he bit about the boat maintenance trying to rebook us for two days into the future (when we would be gone). Since we accepted their delay we missed our opportunity to book with a different company and missed this experience all together. Exceptionally disappointing and unprofessional. - via
