I called this company to ask about how their scuba certification works…
I called this company to ask about how their scuba certification works. I was immediately treated disrespectfully because I didn't know how it worked before the call. I asked for more information and the older gentleman consistently was condescending and rude throughout the call. At the end of the call I was so hurt and offended that I decided to do my scuba certification with another company, as there are many in the cities. I don't recommend this place if just calling for information yields terrible customer service. - via
